This role oversees territory sales for the luxury portfolio, with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving budget targets across NSW. You will develop strategic territory plans, grow new business opportunities within optometry and optical channels, and build strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders. The role covers metropolitan and regional NSW, including ACT, with flexibility to adapt territory allocations based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Manage territory sales strategy to drive short and long-term business growth, increase profitability, and grow market share across the region.
  • Oversee account management and call cycles for key metro and regional retailers, ensuring consistent customer engagement and high service standards.
  • Analyse territory and category performance to identify growth opportunities, improve sales outcomes, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Build strong relationships with major retail partners while collaborating cross-functionally with national teams to execute sales strategies, negotiate trading terms, and support overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years of territory or account sales experience, with a strong background in B2B and B2C environments, ideally within optometry or fashion retail.
  • Highly organised and commercially minded, with proven capability in territory planning, account management, sales analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Operate with initiative, professionalism, and integrity, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving business objectives and managing territory responsibilities autonomously.
