We’re partnering with a globally recognised toys & accessories brand on the search for a commercially minded, creatively exceptional Global Marketing Manager to help lead the next chapter of brand growth.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. The business is building an emotionally driven consumer brand with storytelling at its core, and is looking for someone who can balance creativity, world-building, commerciality, and execution at pace.

Working closely with founders and cross-functional teams across ecommerce, wholesale, creative, and product, this person will play a key role in bringing launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments to life across every customer touchpoint.

This opportunity would suit someone highly organised, visually led, commercially sharp, and excited by fast-moving founder-led environments.

The Role

  • Lead the global marketing function across campaigns, launch planning, creative coordination, and brand execution

  • Own the strategic marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are commercially aligned, creatively cohesive, and delivered seamlessly across all regions

  • Act as the key connector between founders, ecommerce, wholesale, creative, social, and external partners

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Own and manage the global marketing calendar across product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, retail moments, and evergreen storytelling
  • Lead campaign planning from concept through to execution across DTC, wholesale, social, email, paid media, and retail support
  • Partner closely with ecommerce teams to align campaigns with revenue targets, launch pacing, customer journey optimisation, and conversion strategy
  • Translate founder and brand vision into commercially effective campaigns and emotionally engaging storytelling
  • Oversee creative briefing and rollout across photography, video, copy, email, paid ads, social content, and launch assets
  • Ensure all marketing output feels cohesive, elevated, and aligned with the broader brand universe
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and wholesale teams to support global launches and retailer sell-through
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, creators, and production partners where required
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, conversion, retention, and customer acquisition
  • Drive campaign timelines, approvals, and communication with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Support long-term community building, customer affinity, and brand loyalty through storytelling-led marketing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years experience across marketing, brand, or campaign management within ecommerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, toys, accessories, gifting, or consumer brands
  • Strong commercial instincts paired with exceptional creative taste
  • Experience managing high-volume campaign calendars and product launches
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce marketing and customer journey strategy
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent copywriting and creative briefing capability
  • Comfortable working closely with founders in evolving, fast-paced businesses
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • A genuine passion for storytelling, emotionally connected brands, and creating work customers become obsessed with

Bonus Points

  • Experience across toys, accessories, gifting, collectibles, kids, lifestyle, or fandom-driven brands
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, influencer marketing, or content-led growth strategies
  • Experience scaling global consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of organic social and creator ecosystems
