The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing a best-in-class social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will own the end-to-end social ecosystem - driving brand awareness, engagement, and commercial performance - while ensuring all content reflects a refined, luxury positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Define and execute a multi-platform social strategy aligned with brand growth, product launches, and revenue targets
- Build and scale a high-performing social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Establish and track clear KPIs across awareness, engagement, community growth, acquisition, and conversion
- Lead quarterly and annual social planning in line with broader digital and retail strategies
- Oversee the creative direction of all social content, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone, and educational authority
- Develop high-performing content pillars across skincare education, device technology, routines, performance results, and aspirational storytelling
- Lead a video-first content strategy across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer and creator strategy (ambassadors, macro/micro creators, and UGC)
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with brand positioning
- Build and nurture long-term ambassador relationships to drive credibility and sustained engagement
- Oversee campaign briefing, execution, performance tracking, and ROI measurement for influencer activity
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable optimisations
- Collaborate closely with digital and paid media teams on amplification, creative testing, and UGC integration
- Report on social performance with clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Drive measurable growth in engagement, conversion, and customer acquisition
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior social or digital leadership role within beauty, skincare, luxury, or aesthetic-led brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling social strategies with measurable commercial impact
- Strong expertise in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
- Deep understanding of skincare, beauty devices, and education-led content
- Highly strategic with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional visual judgement and understanding of luxury branding
- Confident leader with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Collaborative and commercially minded, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
