Senior eCommerce & Digital Manager | Premium Fashion | Sydney (5 days on site)
About the Role
We are partnering with a globally recognised premium Australian fashion brand to appoint a Senior eCommerce & Digital Manager to lead and drive the performance of their direct-to-consumer business.
This is a critical, hands-on leadership role responsible for owning the day-to-day trading, digital performance, and operational execution of the eCommerce channel.
Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, merchandising, and digital, this role requires someone who can actively trade the business, optimise performance, and identify commercial opportunities in real time — not someone operating purely at a strategic or high-level.
Role Overview
This role is accountable for the overall performance of the eCommerce channel, including revenue growth, conversion, customer experience, and digital execution.
You will take full ownership of site trading, reporting, performance optimisation, and digital operations, ensuring the business is maximising every commercial opportunity across product, content, and customer.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with internal teams across design, merchandising, marketing, production, and wholesale, as well as external digital and performance agencies.
Why This Role
Opportunity to take ownership of a globally recognised premium brand’s eCommerce channel
Highly visible role with direct impact on revenue and growth
Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
A fast-paced, commercially driven environment with strong growth trajectory
