The Role
As a Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering seasonal collections — from initial concept through to final production.
You’ll work closely with pattern makers and production teams to ensure designs are both creatively strong and technically sound, while maintaining alignment with brand direction and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Design and develop product across key categories, including knitwear and offshore production
- Create and present design concepts, sketches, and updates in weekly reviews
- Collaborate with pattern makers to refine fit, construction, and garment execution
- Analyse existing styles and identify opportunities for improvement and evolution
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials aligned to the brand vision
- Review samples and provide clear, detailed feedback to suppliers
- Stay across global trends and translate them into commercially relevant designs
- Support campaign shoots and cross-functional projects when required
- Ensure all work aligns with the seasonal timeline and critical path
REQUIREMENTS +
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong design and sketching ability across multiple categories
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication
- Experience working with pattern makers and production teams
- Commercial awareness with the ability to design for a customer-led brand
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly
