The Role
As Planning Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end planning function, driving sales, margin, and inventory performance across multiple categories and channels.
You’ll combine strong commercial acumen with leadership capability, ensuring planning strategies are aligned to business goals while mentoring and developing your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Lead and execute merchandise planning strategy across all product categories
- Manage forecasting, OTB, and inventory planning to deliver sales and margin targets
- Drive trading performance through pricing, promotions, and markdown strategies
- Partner closely with Buying to build commercially successful ranges
- Provide insights and reporting to influence key business decisions
- Lead, coach, and develop the planning team
- Monitor market trends and performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure strong alignment across Planning, Buying, Marketing, and Finance
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience in a Planning Manager within fashion retail or high volume retailer
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire teams
- Advanced analytical skills and strong commercial acumen
- Expertise in forecasting, OTB management, and inventory optimisation
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
