Our client is looking for a dynamic Wholesale Manager to drive growth and manage key wholesale accounts in the high-end toys and homewares market. Location: Sydney (Open to remote workers within Australia)
Salary: $110k - $120k based on experience, + super

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Own and deliver growth: Drive AU wholesale revenue and margin targets through a clear go-to-market strategy and seasonal planning.
- Build and convert pipeline: Consistently generate new business through targeted prospecting, strong outreach, and closing high-quality accounts.
- Expand and retain accounts: Increase order value, product adoption, and doors while maintaining strong sell-through and repeat business.
- Lead commercial execution: Manage key accounts, negotiate terms, optimise pricing/margins, and partner cross-functionally to ensure product success in market.
- Operate with discipline: Maintain accurate forecasting, clean CRM, fast response times, and consistent reporting to track performance and flag risks early.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven wholesale experience: 4+ years in consumer categories with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally with kidswear, toys, or homewares.
- New business + growth focus: Successfully opened new accounts and scaled existing ones through range expansion.
- Commercially savvy negotiator: Confident working with both boutiques and major retailers on terms, rebates, and programs.
- Data-driven operator: Skilled in forecasting and leveraging CRM to drive performance and accountability.
- High-impact sales mindset: Strong presenter and closer - resilient, organised, fast-paced, and highly motivated by results.
