This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You’ll oversee key functions across community, partnerships, influencers, events, and creative, ensuring all growth initiatives are aligned, impactful, and contributing to broader business objectives. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and product, optimising the customer journey end-to-end while identifying new opportunities for growth across both domestic and global markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel organic growth strategies to meet ambitious targets
- Own and scale acquisition across community, partnerships, influencers, and brand activations
- Align growth initiatives with digital marketing to support acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Identify opportunities to optimise the full customer lifecycle
- Partner closely with product teams to align growth initiatives with launch timelines and critical path
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities (local and global)
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on growth opportunities, trends, and risks Channel Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and align cross-channel initiatives across partnerships, influencers, events, and creative
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, customer-first campaigns
- Work closely with digital marketing to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Drive cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, innovation, and scalability Brand & Market Growth
- Drive brand awareness through community, social, partnerships, and activations
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Lead the development of community engagement and brand-building initiatives
- Maintain and strengthen brand reputation across all channels
- Commercial & Performance Management
- Oversee performance across key channels to drive revenue growth and maximise ROI
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Optimise campaigns and initiatives to accelerate growth and market penetration
- Ensure team outputs are aligned with commercial objectives and measurable impact Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-channel marketing team
- Foster a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven culture
- Build capability across teams through coaching, hiring, and development
- Drive accountability through clear goals, performance plans, and regular check-ins
- Support long-term team growth, engagement, and retention
- Data & Insights
- Analyse performance data, customer behaviour, and market trends to inform strategy
- Provide regular reporting on growth performance and key insights
- Use data to continuously optimise strategies and improve results
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing or growth role with proven results
- Experience leading multi-channel teams (3+ years)
- Background in eCommerce, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach to decision making
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
