A growing apparel business is seeking an experienced Apparel Production Manager with strong design and product development exposure to join their team in Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and highly organised professional who enjoys managing the full product journey from development through to production while working closely with offshore suppliers and factories.
Salary: $115K – $120K + Super

The Role
This role is heavily focused on apparel production, technical product execution, and managing end-to-end processes, while also requiring a strong understanding of design, garment construction, and product development.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Managing end-to-end apparel production processes
- Liaising with offshore suppliers and factories
- Overseeing tech packs, specifications, and approvals
- Managing fittings, garment construction, fabrics, and trims
- Supporting product development and production timelines
- Ensuring quality, delivery, and critical path management
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years’ experience across apparel design and production
- Strong understanding of garment construction and product development
- Experience managing offshore suppliers and factories
- Tech pack and specification experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within apparel, lifestyle, sportswear, or related industries highly regarded
