Alongside their core brand partnerships, they also manage large-scale tour and direct-to-consumer merchandise programs, collaborating with global teams to deliver product across multiple markets. With continued growth and increasing demand, they are expanding their team.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their Melbourne-based team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end production role sitting between junior support and senior leadership, with a clear pathway to take ownership of key accounts over time.
You will work closely with the Director, supporting the day-to-day running of production across multiple brands, with a strong focus on streetwear and skate clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of the production process from concept through to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Manage end-to-end production across apparel, accessories, and merchandise
- Liaise with clients to translate design concepts into production-ready outcomes
- Provide technical guidance to ensure designs are commercially viable and production-efficient
- Work closely with offshore factories (primarily China) to oversee sampling, development, and bulk production
- Manage timelines, critical paths, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects
- Collaborate with internal teams across production and merchandise divisions
- Support and mentor junior team members, including Production Assistants
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, factories, and global partners
- Travel internationally (primarily China) to oversee production when required
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years’ experience in apparel production
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with offshore factories and managing end-to-end production
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and with international teams
- Self-sufficient and proactive, with the ability to operate without close supervision
- A genuine interest or background in streetwear, skate, or sportswear culture is highly regarded
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong cultural fit for a collaborative, hands-on environment
