We’ve partnered with an iconic global beauty brand with a strong presence across the US, UK, and Australia. They’re now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team and hit the ground running!
Reports to: General Manager
Experience required:
Proven experience managing D2C promotional calendars, paid media creative, and campaign localisation for the AU market.
Skilled in driving customer retention and loyalty programs, including EDMs, creative briefing, and consumer activations.
Experienced in partnering with leading Australian retailers (David Jones, Adore Beauty, Oz Hair & Beauty, etc.).
Strong background coordinating wholesale promotional calendars, reporting, and retailer partnerships.
Hands-on experience delivering retail activations, seasonal kits, and visual merchandising materials.
Beauty, Hair, Wellness or FMCG experience essential.
Reporting
Track and analyse key site performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS) and share actionable insights with the wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
AU D2C
- Own the Australian D2C promotional calendar, driving localised sales events and supporting key campaign moments.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to develop creative assets for paid media and local market activations (approx. five per month).
- Build and optimise localised landing pages for major campaigns (e.g., The Archive Podcast).
- Support retention efforts through tailored EDMs, loyalty campaigns, and creative development for major events (e.g., Grand Finals promotion).
- Lead quarterly cross-brand collaborations and gift-with-purchase activations (e.g., SIMKA).
- AU Wholesale
- Oversee wholesale promotional planning, sales reporting, and ongoing communication with key accounts.
- Partner with the global team to document and communicate all AU wholesale promotions, both planned and ad hoc.
- Attend market meetings and assist retail partners such as David Jones and Adore Beauty with activations, events, and sampling initiatives.
- Develop and deliver seasonal retail kits (e.g., Mother’s Day, Holiday).
- Manage visual merchandising materials, ensuring strong in-store visibility and optimal product placement.
- Support retail partner websites with product launches, vendor onboarding, PDP updates, and NLF form submissions.
- Maintain the Australian wholesale digital asset library.
- Coordinate monthly EDMs and training materials for retail partners.
- Prepare and present monthly performance recaps for major accounts (e.g., DJs, Atomica, Oz Hair, Adore Beauty).
- Oversee retail partner ad accounts (e.g., The ICONIC, GFG) to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Develop briefs for all digital and creative asset needs.
