The Opportunity
We are partnered with a fast-growing global activewear brand on the search for a commercially driven Paid Performance Manager to take ownership of their paid digital ecosystem and drive scalable growth.
This role will lead the strategy and execution across Meta, Google and TikTok, building a full-funnel acquisition engine designed to drive new customer growth, maximise return on ad spend and accelerate global revenue.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will combine strong strategic thinking with deep platform expertise to optimise paid media performance at scale. You’ll oversee media planning, budget allocation and ongoing performance optimisation, working closely with external agency partners and internal creative teams to continuously test, iterate and improve campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own and optimise a six-figure monthly paid media budget across Meta, Google and TikTok, ensuring efficient allocation to maximise ROAS, new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, bidding strategies and testing frameworks.
- Analyse site traffic and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and internal reporting tools to identify optimisation opportunities across the digital journey.
- Monitor performance holistically across all channels, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
- Align paid media activity with product launches, promotional campaigns and key trading periods to support broader commercial objectives.

- MER
- NCAC
- ROAS
- Budget management
- Forecast modelling accuracy
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Manage and lead the relationship with the brand’s performance marketing agency, ensuring partners deliver against aggressive growth targets across global markets.
- Work closely with the Creative team to brief, test and optimise ad creative using structured testing frameworks to drive conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with Social and Partnerships teams to amplify high-performing content through paid channels.

- Creative testing volume
- CTR and engagement performance
- Agency delivery against growth targets
Team Leadership
- Grow the capability of the performance function with the view to hiring and mentoring a junior team member within the first 6–12 months.
- Provide guidance, support and development to junior team members to ensure strong delivery and career growth.
- Delegate responsibilities and manage performance in line with company objectives.
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Own paid media reporting, delivering clear weekly and monthly insights across key metrics including CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin.
- Translate performance data into actionable optimisation strategies to drive continuous growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, conversion rates and customer acquisition models.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Digital or Performance Marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, activewear or eCommerce environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and digital growth drivers.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Commercially minded with a track record of delivering against revenue and growth targets.
- Positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
