RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Support the Head of Product with forecasting, stock management, and inventory analysis
  • Ensure accurate stock allocations across retail and e-commerce channels
  • Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies using data and insights
  • Collaborate with teams across product, ops, and marketing to support launches and sales
  • Maintain and update inventory reporting systems (Shopify, Cin7)
  • Be proactive in highlighting and resolving planning challenges

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 2+ years’ experience in planning, buying, or inventory coordination
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience with Shopify, Cin7, or similar inventory systems
  • Independent and self-motivated – you take initiative and own your work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Retail or e-commerce experience preferred
