RESPONSIBILITIES +

You will:

  • • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of agency models and talent, ensuring their professional growth and market visibility.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and build key account relationships to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
  • Booking System Management: Handle the end-to-end process of talent engagements, including briefings, quotes, negotiations, and execution.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day agency operations and administration to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the agency's website, ensuring it reflects our brand and attracts new talent and clients.
  • Casting Management: Organise and manage casting calls to find and secure new talent.
  • Social Media Partnerships: Develop and manage social media partnerships, including content delivery to enhance our online presence.
  • Creative Liaison: Maintain strong relationships within the Creative industry to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
  • Talent Development: Guide and mentor talent to help them reach their full potential.
  • Talent Servicing: Address and fulfill all talent needs and requirements with a proactive approach.
  • Press and PR: Handle all press and PR enquiries, ensuring positive media coverage and public relations.

REQUIREMENTS +

About you:

Ideally you will have experience in PR/Influencer and/or events as they are expanding their business into the PR/Influencer space.
