THE GIG

We are on the hunt for a Head of Marketing & Digital to join and lead the Marketing Team in this newly created, high-impact role.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for leading brand, marketing, and digital performance across the business.

This role will own brand identity, storytelling, customer growth, and commercial marketing outcomes. It requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across brand, e-commerce, paid media, CRM, and content, while managing internal stakeholders and developing a high-performing marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead and evolve brand identity and direction, ensuring all creative and messaging aligns with established standards and tone of voice.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product and brand storytelling across key channels, ensuring cohesive campaigns that resonate with the target customer and support hero and core ranges.
  • Own and manage the GTM calendar, aligning launches, campaigns, and marketing deliverables with product drops and retail initiatives.
  • Oversee website performance and UX while driving conversion and revenue growth through data-led optimisation and strong eCommerce KPI management.
  • Own CRM strategy, database growth, and automated eDM programs to increase retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Plan and optimise paid media strategies, managing budgets and performance to maximise ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with commercial and brand priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Manage the marketing budget and provide performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
