The CRM Specialist supports global CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies. Reporting to the Senior Performance Manager, this role focuses on personalised customer journeys and segmentation to enhance lifetime value and revenue growth within a fast-paced ecommerce environment
Role Purpose
Develop and execute CRM strategies across global markets
Drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention initiatives
Build personalised campaigns using segmentation and lifecycle insights
Analyse customer data to improve engagement and marketing outcomes

REQUIREMENTS +
- Experience & Skills
- 5+ years CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
- Strong data analysis and customer segmentation capability
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Customer-centric and commercially minded approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
