The CRM Specialist supports global CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies. Reporting to the Senior Performance Manager, this role focuses on personalised customer journeys and segmentation to enhance lifetime value and revenue growth within a fast-paced ecommerce environment

 

Role Purpose

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies across global markets

  • Drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention initiatives

  • Build personalised campaigns using segmentation and lifecycle insights

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Strong data analysis and customer segmentation capability
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
  • Customer-centric and commercially minded approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
