The Role
The Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end production process, ensuring collections are delivered on time, within margin, and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with design, technical, logistics, and offshore suppliers to maintain seamless execution across the critical path.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Manage seasonal costing sheets and support supplier negotiations
- Raise and maintain accurate purchase orders and production documentation
- Track Time-and-Action calendars to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Liaise daily with local and offshore vendors to monitor bulk production
- Assist with sampling, SMS and PPS fittings, and pre-production approvals
- Oversee system transactions, manufacturing orders, and variance reporting
- Support quality control processes from raw materials through final inspection
- Proactively identify potential delays or risks and escalate accordingly
REQUIREMENTS +
- 2–4 years’ experience in fashion production or product development
- Strong understanding of manufacturing timelines and logistics
- Confident working with offshore suppliers
- Highly organised with strong numerical accuracy
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment
