About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Ladies Designer to lead the design and development of our Ladies Apparel ranges. This role is all about translating creative vision into commercial, on-trend collections — delivering standout product that hits the brief, the timeline and the quality bar every season.

Location: Perth - can relocate candidates from other states
Salary: $120k-$130k + super

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Design and develop Ladies garment ranges in line with creative briefs and seasonal line plans
- Build cohesive collections across multiple product categories for the target customer
- Conduct ongoing market and trend research to ensure ranges remain relevant and directional
- Collaborate closely with design, sales and marketing teams to deliver commercially successful product
- Ensure all ranges meet quality standards and are delivered on time through the critical path
REQUIREMENTS +
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design with 3–5+ years’ experience in ladies apparel (surf/streetwear preferred)
- Strong creative and innovative design capability with the flexibility to work across categories
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid garment construction, fabrication and fit knowledge
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive under deadlines
