Overview

An established, fast-growing fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brand is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to own and elevate the end-to-end customer journey across lifecycle marketing and social media.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, community and revenue, responsible for how customers discover the brand, engage, convert and return. It is ideal for a commercially minded digital marketer who can balance data-driven lifecycle strategy with creative social storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Lifecycle Marketing (60%)

  • Own and optimise the full customer lifecycle across owned digital channels.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty
  • Manage multi-channel programs across email, SMS and push notifications
  • Build segmentation and personalisation frameworks based on customer behaviour and purchase data
  • Design and optimise automated journeys including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and VIP programs
  • Run A/B testing and optimisation to improve engagement and conversion
  • Monitor and report on performance including revenue per email, conversion rates, engagement and customer lifetime value
  • Maintain deliverability, data quality and compliance standards

Social Media (40%)

  • Lead the brand’s organic and community presence across social platforms.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and others
  • Drive social commerce through shoppable content and platform integrations
  • Manage the content calendar across campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling
  • Oversee community engagement, responding to comments, messages and mentions
  • Manage creator and influencer partnerships
  • Collaborate with the paid media team on creative and audience strategies
  • Track and optimise performance across reach, engagement, growth and revenue attribution

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle or social media
  • 3+ years in e-commerce, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and retention through owned and social channels
  • Strong experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g. Klaviyo or similar)
  • Experience working with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms
  • Confident using Google Analytics and social platform analytics
  • Ability to create and adapt content using Canva, Adobe or Figma
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
