MARKETING MANAGER | SKINCARE | WESTERN SYDNEY | ON-SITE 5 DAYS
A premium, fast-growing professional beauty and skincare group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand, PR and creative strategy across a multi-channel, highly respected portfolio.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting into the Head of Marketing & Brands, responsible for shaping how the business presents itself to the market — from brand positioning and storytelling through to public relations, content and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded brand leader who thrives in beauty, skincare or wellness environments and enjoys owning both strategy and delivery.
The Opportunity
You will sit at the centre of the brand, acting as the key guardian of positioning, messaging and visual identity as the business continues to scale.
Leading a multidisciplinary team across PR, communications and creative, you will partner closely with product, digital, sales and leadership to ensure every campaign, launch and communication reflects a clear, premium and consistent brand story.
This is not a pure digital role — it is a brand-first leadership position with real influence over how the business grows and is perceived in market.
This role is based in Western Sydney and requires five days on-site.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business and growth objectives
- Own brand positioning, messaging frameworks and tone of voice
- Lead go-to-market planning for campaigns, launches and key initiatives
- Monitor competitor and category trends to identify risks and opportunities
PR & Communications
- Provide strategic direction across PR and corporate communications
- Guide media strategy, key narratives and relationship building
- Ensure alignment between internal messaging, external communications and brand values
Creative & Content
- Provide creative and strategic oversight across digital, social, print and experiential channels
- Ensure all content reflects brand identity and campaign objectives
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
- Review and sign off key creative outputs
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across PR, comms and creative
- Manage agencies, budgets, timelines and campaign delivery
- Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing is commercially and operationally aligned
Performance & Reporting
- Define and track campaign, brand and PR performance
- Report insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Use data to optimise strategy and prioritise future activity
REQUIREMENTS +
You are a confident brand and marketing leader with experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or premium consumer brands. You are equally comfortable shaping big-picture strategy and guiding teams through execution.
You bring:
- 5+ years’ experience across brand, marketing, PR or communications
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset backed by data-driven decision making
