The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering commercially successful own-brand travel and lifestyle ranges. Working closely with Planning and Design, you’ll balance trend, customer insight, and financial targets to drive performance across categories.
This role operates in both hit-and-miss environments, requiring strong trading instincts, adaptability, and the ability to continuously refine range strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Own end-to-end buying and product development for own-brand travel & lifestyle ranges
- Translate customer insight, brand direction, and trends into commercial assortments
- Build and refine range strategies to deliver best/less balance
- Partner closely with Planning to align buys to OTB, margin, and sales targets
- Trade categories in-season, driving performance and reacting to opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, and external partners
- Present range strategy and performance updates to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to longer-term category planning and growth strategies
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience as a Buyer, with readiness to step into a Senior Buyer role
- Strong background in own-brand product development
- Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach
- Confidence working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leaders
- Ability to learn from misses, refine strategy, and improve future performance
- Comfortable in structured interview processes and fast-moving retail environments
- Experience in travel, lifestyle, fashion, or accessories categories preferred
