About the job:

You’ll own the creation of graphic artwork across apparel and accessories.
This is hands-on, high-volume, high-impact design for a brand that sits firmly in the intersection of sport, street, and community.

You will conceptualise, design, refine, and deliver original graphics that translate seasonal narratives into product that connects. You’ll work closely with apparel designers, creative direction, and product development to ensure every graphic is brand-led, technically sound, and production-ready.

Think bold typographic direction, sport-inspired motifs, streetwear heritage cues, and limited capsule graphics. Your work will directly shape the visual identity worn by a community obsessed with being 1% better every day.

Responsibilities

  • Design original graphic artwork across all apparel and accessories
  • Create artwork across print, embroidery, applique, woven, digital and specialty executions
  • Produce accurate production-ready files with a strong understanding of print techniques and constraints
  • Translate seasonal stories and brand pillars into cohesive visual concepts
  • Build graphic packs, mood boards and internal presentation decks
  • Maintain design consistency while pushing innovation and cultural relevance
  • Partner closely with Creative Direction, Design and Product Development through the end-to-end process
  • Track emerging typography, illustration, and cultural trends
  • Manage multiple briefs simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver work aligned to range build timelines and GTM milestones
  • Represent the brand’s values: humility, hunger, creativity, community and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design
  • Experience in streetwear, activewear or youth culture is highly regarded
  • A portfolio of t-shirt graphics showcasing typography, illustration and layout
  • Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
  • Strong understanding of print processes: water-based, HD plastisol, puff, flock, embroidery, applique, digital
  • Deep composition and colour storytelling capability
  • Proven ability to deliver high volume creative across multiple deadlines
  • Passion for sport, community and personal growth
