We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO, providing strategic, creative, and operational support that extends well beyond traditional administration. This role is about driving excellence, amplifying impact, and helping shape the narrative of a CEO leading a global movement for women. You’ll oversee time, priorities, and communications with precision while curating and elevating the CEO’s digital voice and public profile. Blending organisation with creativity, you’ll bring her thought leadership and the broader company mission to life across digital channels and key media moments. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and storytelling, this role suits a detail-oriented operator with strong digital acumen, editorial flair, and a genuine passion for business and women’s empowerment.

This is a fully remote role however you must be based in Melbourne as you will be required to attend occasional events with the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and schedule with precision, professionalism, and proactive support.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and speaking engagements, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups that drive clarity, alignment, and execution.
  • Anticipate needs, prioritise effectively, and problem-solve to enhance the CEO’s efficiency and impact.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, upholding F5’s high service standards.
  • Support CEO communications, including speeches, media preparation, and brand storytelling, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and timely management of press and partnership opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptionally organised, discreet, and skilled at managing complex priorities and relationships.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability, with a talent for turning ideas into engaging social content.
  • Confident in managing tone, brand voice, and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.
  • Proficient with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and aligned with the company’s mission to advance ownership and equity for women globally.
