In this role, you will manage key international accounts, drive sales growth, and cultivate strong relationships with retail partners across multiple regions. RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Lead and manage the international sales strategy across multiple collections annually, ensuring exceptional brand representation, organisation, and client service.
- Identify and develop new international markets, strategic accounts, and partnership opportunities including exclusives, capsules, and marketing collaborations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with global wholesale partners, hosting seasonal showrooms and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms; analyse sell-through performance; and collaborate across teams to optimise sales and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of sales tools, partner training, and order management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and seamless execution across markets.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing international fashion or retail accounts with proven success in achieving and surpassing sales and margin targets.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, leveraging data to drive market growth, strategic account expansion, and improved sell-through performance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, fostering productive global partnerships and cross-functional alignment.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced, high-growth environment while ensuring operational accuracy.
- Creative and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and improving sales processes and efficiencies.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business objectives and partner engagement.
