The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across every visual touchpoint. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and Social & Content Manager, you’ll design and execute creative campaigns that inspire, educate, and convert, from bold social visuals and digital campaigns to beautifully curated emails, product imagery, and brand assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Execute design briefs across campaigns, social, and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Create promotional assets including eDMs, social content, website graphics, lookbooks, and marketing materials.
- Design and schedule weekly campaign emails; maintain automated flow templates.
- Uphold and evolve the brand style guide for consistency across all platforms.
- Design and optimise website assets for seasonal and brand campaigns.
- Retouch imagery, support video production, and collaborate on photoshoots.
- Contribute to storytelling content that champions women in business.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Degree in Graphic or Digital Design.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
- Experience designing eDMs, templates, and digital campaign assets.
- Strong design eye and storytelling ability.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven.
