RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives, translating campaign goals into actionable plans, and collaborating with the marketing team to align with campaign calendars and initiatives.
- Lead content direction and manage publishing schedules across all social platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visuals.
- Oversee and contribute to content creation, including copywriting, visuals, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and on-camera appearances, fostering organic engagement and community growth.
- Track social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity, analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize content and campaign results.
- Manage and mentor junior social media staff, providing guidance, feedback, and clear performance goals to ensure high-quality output and team growth.
- Lead reporting across platforms using analytics tools, monitoring KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and website traffic, and collaborating with marketing teams to optimize paid campaigns and overall performance.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3+ years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics platforms, and social trends.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and design.
- Experience mentoring or managing team members.
