REGIONAL MANAGER | ATHLEISURE WEAR | MULTI-STORE
Our client, a highly regarded Australian retailer, is seeking a dynamic Regional Leader to oversee a portfolio of stores and drive commercial success through exceptional leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence. This is a pivotal role for a retail professional looking to step into multi-site management with real influence and impact.
The Role
Reporting to the State Leader, you’ll lead, inspire, and develop Store Leaders across your region to deliver on sales targets, KPIs, and profitability benchmarks. Your role will combine business performance management, customer experience, talent development, and operational efficiency.
Your focus will span:
Retail Operations – ensuring stores deliver consistent standards across customer service, merchandising, rostering, and compliance.
Driving Business Performance – reviewing results, analysing KPIs, and developing strategies to maximise profitability.
Leadership & Education – coaching, mentoring, and building capability across Store Leaders and their teams.
Sourcing & Selection – partnering with recruitment to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a customer-first culture across all stores in your region.
Achieve portfolio sales, wage, and shrinkage benchmarks.
Inspire, train, and develop Store Leaders, supporting succession planning and internal growth.
Monitor and execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring alignment with brand directives.
Drive operational excellence by embedding policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with leaders and support teams to create an engaging and high-performance culture.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and challenge the status quo.
About You
Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with multi-site leadership responsibility.
Commercially savvy with strong sales management and business acumen.
Skilled at coaching and developing leaders to achieve results.
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Current driver’s licence with flexibility to travel between store locations.
