RESPONSIBILITIES +

In this role, you’ll support the Planning Manager and work closely with the merchandise planning team to drive growth through data-driven insights and strong commercial strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is positive, proactive, and eager to grow their career in a high-energy environment.

You will:

  • Deliver trading actions aligned with overarching business financial plans
  • Forecast and maintain category WSSI’s with Planning Manager sign-off
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to balance profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Report weekly on sales, stock, profit, and performance versus targets
  • Build balanced option plans that align with brand strategy across global markets
  • Present weekly trade updates and monthly SWOT analysis to stakeholders
  • Partner with Buyers to develop category strategies that drive business trade
  • Proactively identify process improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Merchandise Planning role
  • Ecommerce experience is essential
  • Experience with planning software is preferred
  • Fashion retail experience is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in Retail, Business, or Finance is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly collaborative, with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker with initiative and problem-solving mindset
