About the job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to deliver engaging, data-driven customer experiences. They will develop and execute CRM strategies across email, SMS, social, web, and push notifications, while creating targeted segments and customer journeys that enhance lifecycle communications. Using behavioural insights, they will design actionable campaigns, continuously driving improvement through testing, optimisation, and multivariate analysis. They will also take ownership of automated campaign delivery, budget management, and ROI reporting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with broader strategic goals.

About you:

You are a seasoned CRM professional with a strong commercial mindset and a data-driven approach. With either a related degree or at least five years of CRM management experience, you are confident in building and optimising multi-channel strategies across EDM, SMS, web and push, from planning through to hands-on execution. You have a proven track record of setting up CRM and lifecycle programs from scratch, rolling out new loyalty initiatives, and training others to deliver excellence in customer engagement.
