RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Enter and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and confirm freight charges, finalising and sending details to customers
- Coordinate dispatch with the warehouse and liaise with the sales team
- Manage and process online platform orders
- Monitor outstanding payments and issue reminders when required
- Answer customer and client calls professionally and promptly
- Reconcile invoices and assist with end-of-month and BAS reporting
- Provide general administrative and accounts support as needed
REQUIREMENTS +
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MYOB (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable is advantageous
