RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide basic product and tech support
- Book and dispatch customer repair jobs
- Organise and dispatch spare parts
- Keep customers updated on repairs and orders
- Process online orders
- General reception and admin duties
REQUIREMENTS +
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, data entry)
- Professional, friendly phone manner
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a logistics system is preferred.
