These positions are based at the Alexandria Head Office and will play an integral part in shaping the online customer journey across multiple fashion brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • The Customer Experience Supervisor will lead the CX function, managing a direct report, driving process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally on omnichannel projects such as loyalty programs, Click & Collect, and in-store fulfilment. This role suits someone with leadership experience and a strong grasp of ecommerce tools and CX systems.
  • The Customer Experience Representative will be the first point of contact for customers across email, chat, social, and phone. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion and service excellence, looking to grow their career in ecommerce.
