RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Provide outstanding service via phone, email, live chat & social media
- Manage order dispatch, returns, and liaise with warehouse & 3PL partners
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure brand-aligned communication
- Generate reports and analyse customer trends
- Support eCommerce operations and cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS +
- 1–5 years’ experience in customer service, eCommerce or retail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, WMS, Cin7, Pipe17 (a plus!)
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
