About the Role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of all paid performance marketing channels. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimisation across digital platforms, working closely with internal marketing and creative teams to bring brand stories to life through compelling and high-performing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and TikTok
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates, and report results with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brief and utilise assets that drive engagement and sales
- Develop and test targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmented customer groups
- Manage the media buying calendar and align campaigns with key brand moments, product launches, and seasonal activations
- Monitor platform updates, adopt emerging tools, and apply industry best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective
- Oversee budgets and pacing across multiple geographies and platforms
- Ensure paid media strategies align with overall brand direction and business objectives
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing, ideally within eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping), and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel or Google Sheets
- A balance of performance-driven focus and creative thinking
- Excellent time management and attention to detail across multiple campaigns
- A self-starter mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-moving and collaborative environment
- An interest in fashion, storytelling, or the surf and coastal lifestyle is an advantage
