With multiple new store openings scheduled and a strong focus on customer experience, our client is scaling at pace, creating exciting career opportunities for retail leaders ready to grow with the brand.

We’re now currently hiring for two Regional Manager roles across NSW and VIC. These roles are pivotal to driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and team leadership across a portfolio of premium retail stores.

As Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of a multi-site retail operation within your state, ensuring strategic execution, customer experience delivery, and team development. You'll play a key role in driving profitability, launching new stores, and maintaining high visual and operational standards in line with national goals.

Salary: $110k-$130kk + bonus structures.

Location: Dependent on your state, Melbourne OR Sydney.

Working arrangements: hybrid, you'll be across head office, stores and WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Drive Regional Performance – Translate national strategy into regional plans, manage P&L, and identify commercial growth opportunities.
  • Lead & Develop Teams – Recruit, coach, and lead Store Managers while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee Store Operations – Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, VM, and customer experience across all stores.
  • Manage New Store Openings – Lead staffing, training, and launch execution for new stores, relocations, and refurbishments.
  • Ensure Compliance & Efficiency – Monitor rostering, wage control, and operational compliance across multiple award jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Property, Merchandising) to align on launches, campaigns, and regional insights.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years’ experience in multi-site or regional retail leadership, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Strong commercial mindset and P&L ownership experience
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Track record in new store openings and operational mobilisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your region and interstate if required
