About the job:
You will take ownership of the end-to-end production process - from bulk fabric ordering right through to the delivery of high-quality garments into the warehouse (ap21). You’ll play a key role in ensuring collections are delivered on time, in full, and to a consistently high standard. This role requires strong coordination, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency across the production team.

You’re a proactive and detail-driven production professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with at least 7 years of experience. With strong experience managing critical paths, supplier relationships, and bulk production from fabric booking to final delivery, you’re confident navigating tight timelines and shifting priorities. You're a natural communicator, highly organised, and tech-savvy with erp systems like ap21.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Critical Path:
- Manage the critical path for all production tasks and deadlines to ensure department is working in line with requirements
- Follow up on design team on outstanding design sign offs and report to Head of Product Development and Supply Chain for potential risks and delays
- Manage all aspects of communication in regard to production matters
- Keeping suppliers aligned for critical path Bulk Order:
- Manage bulk fabric bookings with fabric mills, in line with Critical Path requirements
- Negotiate bulk fabric prices based on the buy volume
- Monitoring fabric order confirmations and ensuring all orders are confirmed in a timely manner
- Ensuring fabric ready dates are in line with the delivery timing as published on the Critical Path
- Manage bulk garment orders from order placement to final delivery to warehouse
- Monitor the factory capacity by month to ensure orders placed are in line with capacity booked and any risks/ excess capacity is raised with Head of Product Development and Supply Chain
- Build solid relationships with both internal and external partners (Factories/ Mills etc.)
- Liaise with the Buying Team on any issue that will impact landed price or delivery
- Daily tracking and communication with Offshore factories
- Monitor Preproduction Tech pack deadlines and alert business where deliveries are at risk if tech packs late
- Attend preproduction sample fit session, complete fit comments with the support of Garment Tech, and communicate fit comments with suppliers
- Comment and approval shipment samples
- Work closely with the factories to resolve any issues found in production
- Raise any risks during production that could impact on time delivery to Head of Product Development and Supply Chain
- Oversee Production Co-Ordinator’s throughout the production process Logistics:
- Co-ordinate the shipment planning with freight forwarders to ensure containers/shipments are loaded to capacity and move in line with business requirements
- Approve and monitor sea and air shipments based on the agreed month into store month and week
- Liaison with the warehouse to ensure shipment delivery and goods receipt are arranged with no delay
REQUIREMENTS +
- 7-10 Years of experience (menswear desirable)
- People Management
- Prior experience using AP21
- PLM system experience
- Strategic mindset
- High attention to detail
