Our client is a female-founded business in the wellness space.

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to lead the charge on content creation, trend spotting, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You’ll be based at our Central Coast HQ, working closely with content creators and the wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social channels
  • Brief and collaborate with creators to produce high-quality UGC and branded content
  • Stay on top of trends, social conversations, and viral moments
  • Write playful, polished, and on-brand captions across various brand voices
  • Track and report on performance and engagement metrics
  • Help manage our affiliate programme and influencer collaborations
  • Use tools like Slack and Asana to manage workflows

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a social media, content, or marketing role
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and UGC-led storytelling
  • Confident writing and the ability to switch between brand tones
  • Organised, collaborative, and passionate about creating engaging digital content
  • A genuine interest in wellness, beauty, and empowering women through community-driven brands
