This exciting global brand is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join their IT team based in Burleigh Heads. This position is responsible for supporting and improving the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and related business applications across the ANZ and South Pacific regions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments and geographies to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements, projects, and ongoing support.

Timely completion of assigned tasks and support resolutions
On-time, on-budget delivery of projects and system enhancements

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP and related business systems
- Coordinate delivery of system improvements and larger project rollouts
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure systems and prepare test plans; conduct and coordinate testing and user training
- Manage and resolve system errors, data issues, and interface discrepancies
- Work closely with business process owners and technical teams to define and implement system solutions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams or third-party vendors and monitor resolution
- Generate reports and respond to ad hoc data requests
- Recommend process and system improvements to enhance business performance
REQUIREMENTS +
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with Tier 1 ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 F&O
- Experience in ERP implementation or migration projects, including gap analysis and data migration
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and wholesale/retail business processes
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and BI tools is highly regarded
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and vendors
- Flexibility to support project delivery across various time zones
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and initiative
- Works effectively in a team and contributes to a positive work environment
- Adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs and systems
