The Role: Digital Marketing Manager
This is a hands-on and strategic role focused on driving customer acquisition, retention and ROI. You’ll lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for two iconic brands across Australia and NZ, working cross-functionally with eCommerce, creative, and merchandising teams, as well as external agency partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Paid Media Strategy
- Lead paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and programmatic platforms
- Manage budgets, optimise for ROAS/CPA, and brief creative assets to maximise performance
- Collaborate with external media agencies and stay ahead of platform innovations
Lifecycle Marketing (EDM & SMS)
- Own the broadcast calendar and execution across Klaviyo, SMSBump (or similar)
- Brief and deploy campaigns, analyse results, and optimise segmentation and content
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Manage the affiliate program through platforms like Impact
- Identify new affiliate partners, run joint campaigns and evaluate ROI
Creative Campaign Coordination
- Write briefs for paid and lifecycle marketing assets: video, carousel, static
- Manage timelines and approvals with internal designers and creatives
Performance Reporting
- Build dashboards and present insights across key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, CTR, subscriber growth
- Report regularly into trade meetings and marketing huddles
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with eComm, visual and merchandise teams to align launches, creative and messaging
REQUIREMENTS +
You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or Commerce
- Minimum 5 years' digital marketing experience, ideally in fashion, beauty or lifestyle retail (agency experience working with fashion brands also welcome)
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Looker Studio
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence presenting insights
- A creative mindset with commercial acumen
- Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
