About the role:
As the Product Coordinator you will work closely with the Design and Merchandising teams to provide essential assistance across the seasonal development, processing and merchandising of product collections, ensuring the seamless delivery of product assortments.
About you:
You bring 2+ years of experience in apparel or retail and thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. Tech-savvy with a solid handle on Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and the rest of the Microsoft suite, you're organised, detail-obsessed, and always two steps ahead on timelines and deliverables. A natural collaborator with strong communication skills, you build positive relationships and tackle challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Support the implementation of merchandising and product development strategies.
- Elastic Suite: Responsible for sort order and all key product related detail to assist all channels with sell in/ buys.
- Competitor analysis: Assist in analysing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Photo Studio: Support Photo studio with organisation of all samples and associated through put.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product assortments aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless product development and launch processes.
- Manage back-end PLM data for key milestones.
- Calendar Management: Help manage product timelines, calendars and deadlines to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Assist in monitoring product performance and making recommendations for optimization or adjustments as needed.
- Operational support for all key meetings and showings.
- Seasonal visual line management.
- Management of seasonal sample rotation.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 2+ years of experience in Apparel product or Retail
- Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with product development calendar timelines and deliverables
- Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude
