ABOUT THE JOB
As the Head of Design (VISUAL) you will lead the brand’s in-house creative studio. This role plays a critical leadership function in shaping the way the brand visually expresses its identity across all platforms — from digital and packaging to campaign, retail, and experiential. As the most senior design role in the business, you will be responsible for managing the day-today operations of the creative studio, translating high-level creative direction into refined visual outcomes, and overseeing the application of the brand’s evolving identity across a broad range of outputs. Working closely with the CD, Marketing, Ecom and Digital teams to ensure creative output in aligned.
ABOUT YOU
My ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7’ years of experience in Creative Design / Art Direction – experience within the luxury fashion / beauty / fragrance industries ideal. You will hold experience in leading creative teams and managing end-to-end production across digital & physical formats. You must have an eye for elevated design and be comfortable being on the tools – Adobe Creative Suite & Figma a must. French speaking is a bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Design Leadership
- Interpret and apply creative strategy and brand platform direction into cohesive visual executions across all channels
- Champion the visual language of the brand, ensuring aesthetic consistency and elevated design across every consumer and trade touchpoint
- Set and uphold design standards across packaging, campaign, digital, social, retail, and printed materials
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring fidelity to visual codes while evolving the brand expression over time Studio & Team Managaement
- Lead and manage the internal design team and a network of freelance creatives and suppliers
- Build and maintain studio systems including asset management, workflow tools, and version control
- Oversee quality control across all deliverables — ensuring all work meets brand standards and is delivered on time and to spec
- Mentor and develop our design talent; provide clear feedback and foster a culture of creativity and excellence Campaign & Content Production
- Partner with the Creative Director (NPD), Brand and digital leads to bring campaign concepts to life across photography, video, and digital formats
- Lead design direction for shoots — from pre-production to post, ensuring visual cohesion across hero, secondary and BAU content
- Translate key campaign themes and messaging into digital-first and retail design assets for use across eComm, social, paid media, email and retail
- Support creative asset roll-out for new product development and fragrance launches across global markets in line with content strategy and trade requirements Copy & Messaging
- Collaborate with the Brand Strategist and Marketing team to apply key campaign messaging across visual formats
- Review and refine copy on packaging, web, and digital touchpoints to ensure tone, clarity, and consistency
- Craft light-touch brand copy as needed — including headlines, taglines, product descriptions, and campaign lines — with a clear understanding of how words and visuals work together
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in design or art direction, ideally within luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and managing end-to-end design production across digital and physical formats
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating elevated design, brand thinking, and application of identity across multiple channels
- Proven ability to interpret strategic direction and creative concepts into clear visual outcomes • Excellent communication skills — able to brief, present and defend work at a high level, and collaborate across departments
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion design or 3D is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organisation, time management, and commitment to quality
- Experience working with copy — including editing, adapting tone, and applying messaging frameworks to design
