The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic mind behind all brand and marketing activity—building awareness, sparking demand, and leading a talented team of marketers and creatives. You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign execution across all channels, take ownership of the marketing calendar, and drive initiatives that elevate brand equity both locally and internationally.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver a clear, measurable marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the brand’s identity and purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Plan, execute and oversee the marketing strategy to expand the brand's global reach
  • Set the benchmarks, track the ROI, and manage the marketing budget, both digital and physical marketing presence.
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Manage the marketing calendar
  • Oversee the execution of paid media and creative asset performance
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all marketing projects and website metrics, both digital and physical marketing presence

REQUIREMENTS +

You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in fashion or consumer goods
  • Proven track record delivering innovative, effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, digital channels, and customer journey optimisation
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
  • Strategic thinker with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail
