We're working with an elevated Australian fashion brand with a cult following and global reach. We're on the hunt for a sales-driven, highly organised retail leader with flair and charisma to run our boutique—connected directly to our Sydney Head Office.
This is a full-time, hands-on hybrid role like no other. You’ll bring our brand to life both in-store and online, while gaining daily exposure to our creative, marketing, and wholesale teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Drive store sales while delivering a standout customer experience
- Oversee daily dispatch of e-commerce and wholesale orders
- Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Coordinate deliveries, allocations, and rolling stocktakes
- Resolve customer enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Support the head office team across operations, marketing and sales

- Are a natural organiser who gets a kick from hitting KPIs
- Have great energy on camera and enjoy being part of the brand voice
- Work well in a collaborative, creative and fast-moving environment
- An impeccable eye for detail and accuracy
- You understand trends, but you’re not trend driven. Styling is second nature.
