WOMENSWEAR DESIGNER | BE PART OF AN EXCITING JOURNEY
We're looking for an experienced Fashion Designer with a strong background in southern and norther hemisphere to join our design team. This is a hands-on role that covers the full design process, from concept development to final samples, working closely with the senior designer, production, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, commercially successful collections.
What you’ll be doing
Working with the Creative Director and/or Senior Designer to shape the seasonal concept, ensuring trends align with brand direction and DNA.
Researching trends, colours, fabrics, and shapes to inform the creative direction.
Reviewing past sales performance to evolve best-selling shapes and identify new opportunities.
Developing mood boards, colour palettes, and concept presentations for seasonal sign-off.
Designing and developing the full resort collection, including swimwear, in line with range plans and target price points.
Managing fabric sourcing, print recolouring, and lab dip approvals.
Creating CAD drawings and technical packs for sampling and production.
Coordinating fit sessions and tracking samples from development through to PPS.
Preparing seasonal costings and supporting with SMS sample sign-off and internal range presentations.
Assisting with campaign shoot prep and asset development for sales and marketing teams.
Supporting customer injections, repeats, and bespoke product developments as needed.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar design role, ideally within a fashion brand known for resort or swim.
Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fit.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus).
A solid understanding of price architecture and margin targets.
Confident presenting ideas and communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills — you’re across the calendar and deliverables.
Team-focused, flexible, and solutions-driven.
