About the Role

As Senior Production & Design Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire end-to-end process – from initial sketches to final delivery. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to translate design concepts into finished pieces that meet the brand’s high standards for quality, fit, and beauty. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires equal parts creativity, coordination, and calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Technical Leadership

  • Bring seasonal collections to life from concept to sample.

  • Oversee the creation of detailed tech packs, trims, and measurement specs.

  • Conduct fit sessions and ensure consistency across all sizes and styles.

  • Manage the design archive, fit notes, and sample library.

Production Coordination

  • Place and manage production orders with both local and offshore factories.

  • Monitor sampling and production timelines, ensuring everything runs on time and to spec.

  • Liaise with suppliers on fabric, trims, and accessories.

  • Troubleshoot any production challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Logistics & Delivery

  • Create and manage production calendars aligned with key trade and retail events.

  • Oversee the logistics of stock, sample movement, and shipping documentation.

  • Ensure the timely delivery of all samples and finished goods in the correct sizes and quantities.

Quality Control & Product Integrity

  • Conduct regular QA checks on fabric and finished garments.

  • Track returns and faults, identifying patterns and working on improvements.

  • Maintain product data and specifications across backend systems like Shopify.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with suppliers and factories worldwide.

  • Act as the central point of contact for production, quality, and logistics communication.

  • Keep internal teams updated through regular reports and team check-ins.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fashion production or design role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabrications.

  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and confidence navigating digital systems. Experience with Shopify is a plus.

  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
