We are excited to be partnering with a leading fashion brand to find a talented Product
Developer – Accessories to join their creative Design & Production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accessories product professional to take ownership across the full product development lifecycle, working closely with the Design Manager and Creative Manager to bring seasonal collections to life.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction, work across trend research,
concept development, supplier relationships, and production handover, while playing a
key role in delivering commercially successful and beautifully designed accessories.

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing commercially relevant, on-trend, and technically
accurate accessories from concept through to production.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Managing the end-to-end accessories product development process
- Supporting seasonal collection development through trend research, concepts,CADs, colourways, and material selection
- Creating and maintaining accurate tech packs and specifications
- Reviewing samples and providing product feedback
- Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Identifying new product opportunities, materials, and design innovations
- Supporting the Design and Creative teams with collection planning and development
REQUIREMENTS +
You are a passionate and commercially minded Product Developer with strong experience across accessories. You will have:
- Previous experience developing accessories from concept through to production
- Strong understanding of materials, construction, and manufacturing processes
- Experience creating tech packs and managing supplier relationships
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial judgement
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
