We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead one of the brand's NSW boutiques. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who loves developing people, driving commercial results and creating a truly memorable customer experience.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day commercial and operational performance of your boutique, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for creating an environment where customers feel welcomed, valued and inspired, while ensuring the store consistently achieves its sales and operational targets.

You will be a strong people leader who leads from the front, coaches by example and understands that exceptional customer experiences drive long-term commercial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Lead, coach and motivate a passionate retail team.
  • Create a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set clear expectations around sales, service and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance conversations.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
  • Identify and nurture future retail leaders.
  • Build team engagement and retention.
  • Drive Commercial Performance
  • Own the store's sales targets and KPI performance.
  • Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales results.
  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion, ATV and UPT.
  • Develop strategies to maximise sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead the team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage wage costs and rostering to maximise productivity.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Create a premium and personalised customer journey.
  • Lead by example in client engagement and relationship building.
  • Develop strong clienteling practices and repeat customer relationships.
  • Ensure the team has exceptional product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
  • Create a boutique environment that reflects the brand's values and identity.
  • Maintain Brand & Store Standards
  • Ensure the boutique consistently reflects premium brand standards.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation.
  • Ensure stock is accurately managed and presented.
  • Oversee store opening, closing and operational procedures.
  • Manage maintenance, security, health and safety and compliance.
  • Ensure all Head Office initiatives are implemented effectively.

REQUIREMENTS +

About You You are an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with a genuine passion for premium, luxury or customer-focused retail. You bring:

  • Previous Store Management experience within luxury, premium fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle retail.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability.
  • A genuine passion for customer experience.
  • Commercial confidence and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High standards of presentation and attention to detail.
  • A hands-on leadership style and positive attitude.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A strong understanding of clienteling and relationship-based selling.
  • Most importantly, you are someone who loves people, loves product and loves creating exceptional experiences.
