An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Production & Compliance Manager to join a fast-growing Australian beauty brand on a 3-month contract. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will oversee production, compliance, logistics, supplier management and quality control across a global product portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously and has strong experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Manage product compliance across domestic and international markets.
- Ensure packaging, ingredient and certification requirements are met.
- Coordinate product registrations and maintain regulatory documentation.
- Conduct quality control reviews and support issue resolution where required. Production & Supplier Management
- Oversee production schedules and supplier relationships.
- Manage purchase orders, cost tracking and manufacturing timelines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support new and existing product launches.
- Coordinate sourcing activities and monitor supplier performance. Artwork & Packaging Compliance
- Maintain packaging artwork and specification files.
- Liaise with design teams and manufacturers to ensure artwork accuracy and compliance.
- Manage approvals and version control processes. Inventory & Stock Management
- Coordinate stock-related activities including repacking, barcoding and product coding.
- Liaise with warehousing partners regarding stocktakes, deliveries and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with quality and compliance standards. Logistics & Freight Coordination
- Manage domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate freight forwarders, customs documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Previous experience in a Production, Compliance, Supply Chain or Operations role within beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, compliance and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of international regulatory requirements and product compliance is highly regarded.
