We’ve partnered with a growing accessories business to recruit a Merchandise Planner to join their team at an exciting stage of growth.
This role is perfect for either a Junior Planner ready to step up or an experienced Planner looking for more ownership and the opportunity to truly drive inventory strategy and commercial outcomes across the business.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring stock is optimised across multiple channels while working closely with Buying, Operations, and Leadership teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role
As Merchandise Planner, you’ll be responsible for managing stock flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring inventory is aligned to trading and growth objectives.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone commercially minded, analytical, and proactive — someone who enjoys balancing data, stock strategy, and business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Manage inventory planning and stock flow across multiple channels
- Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels to support trading performance
- Analyse sales, stock, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive replenishment strategies and manage intake planning
- Partner with Buying and Operations teams to support launches and seasonal demand
- Monitor aged stock and support markdown and exit strategies
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to support commercial decisions
- Identify process improvements to enhance planning and inventory efficiency
REQUIREMENTS +
- Experience in a junior planner or planner role with 3-5 years experience
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reporting
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment
