RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • End-to-end ecommerce performance including revenue, conversion, AOV and retention
  • Digital growth strategy across paid media, CRM and onsite experience
  • Paid performance direction including agency management, budgets and ROAS
  • Conversion rate optimisation across the full customer journey
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing as key revenue drivers
  • Ecommerce trading including launches, merchandising and pricing strategy
  • Ecommerce roadmap including platform optimisation and tools (Shopify Plus experience highly regarded)
  • Cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product and operations

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience scaling ecommerce within a DTC, retail or consumer brand
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion, AOV and paid media performance
  • Experience leading or influencing paid media strategy
  • Deep understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
