RESPONSIBILITIES +

Social Media & Digital

  • Owning and managing all social media and email marketing activity from planning through to posting
  • Briefing and collaborating with external agencies to drive paid performance across Meta and Google
  • Building and growing influencer and brand ambassador partnerships
  • Rolling out fun, engaging competitions and brand collaborations
  • Supporting retail partners with digital content when needed

Content Creation

  • Creating engaging, scroll-stopping content (video + stills)
  • Coordinating photoshoots and content production
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners on campaigns and assets

Performance & Reporting

  • Keeping a close eye on performance across social and digital channels
  • Managing budgets with a strong focus on ROI
  • Turning insights into smarter, better-performing campaigns
  • Playing a key role in growing and strengthening the brand presence

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Experienced in social media and digital marketing
  • A natural content creator with a strong feel for trends
  • Commercially minded and results-driven
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects
